Our Policies
RULES FOR PLAY
All boarding is by reservation only. We can usually accept last minute requests but we must be informed prior to drop-off. We also suggest planning ahead for holidays as we tend to fill up early. Please take note of our holiday boarding policy.
Before your dog's first stay please read the following:
-
Dogs may be picked-up or dropped-off within our open hours:
7am-10am & 5pm-8pm everyday. We close at 8pm for all pick-ups and drop-offs. Any dog's scheduled to go home but are not picked-up by 8pm will be held until the next day at an additional charge. Please respect our home and do not come outside of our open hours, this takes away from both our time and all of the dog's time. Tardiness may result in additional charges and denial of future bookings. Please communicate and keep us up to date. We understand that our hours may not work for everyone's lifestyle, unfortunately these are not flexible. -
A meet and greet is required before all dog's first stays. Meet and greets are a scheduled 15-30 minute tour of the property for both you and your dogs. From there a day of daycare may be recommended prior to boarding.
-
All dogs must be dog and people tolerant. All the dogs interact and play with one another, so while they don't need to be overtly playful, they cannot show aggression towards other dogs or people. We do allow dogs to be where they are more comfortable whether that is outside sniffing or playing, inside on the couches, or in their own room.
-
All dogs must be spayed or neutered to stay with us. No exceptions.
-
All dogs must have current vaccinations records on file with us. We require your dog be up-to-date on Rabies, DHPP, and Bordatella. You or your vet can email their records to us at paradigmcanine@gmail.com. Any issues with vaccinations must be emailed directly from a veterinarian. We also recommend that they be on flea and tick medication.
-
All breeds are welcomed at Paradigm Canine. We evaluate every dog before allowing them to board with us and can turn away any dog. We do not believe in "aggressive breeds" but we do monitor and evaluate all dogs during every stay. If a dog begins having aggression issues we will do our best to work with them but can turn away future stays if aggression continues.
